- OmeetChat is a random video chat service connecting users worldwide.
- By using the service, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these rules.
- We reserve the right to change these rules at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
Age Requirements
- The minimum age to use OmeetChat is 18 years.
- By pressing 'Accept' on first visit, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- We reserve the right to immediately block any user whose age is in doubt.
Prohibited Content and Behaviour
- Displaying nudity or sexually explicit content.
- Aggression, insults, or threats towards another user.
- Violating applicable laws and regulations.
- Sharing other users' personal data.
- Spam, advertising, or promoting third-party resources.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or other software to circumvent restrictions.
Moderation and Reports
- Sessions may be reviewed by moderators to ensure compliance with these rules.
- Any user may report a stranger via the 'Report' button in the interface.
- Every report is reviewed. Following investigation, an offender may be temporarily or permanently banned.
Privacy
- OmeetChat does not record or store video streams. Connections are established directly between participants' browsers.
- IP addresses are processed solely to prevent abuse and are not shared with third parties.
- We do not collect personal data: names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
Liability
- Users are fully responsible for their own behaviour on the service.
- OmeetChat is not responsible for the content of conversations between users.
- The service is provided 'as is' without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
